Ciro Pasciuto brings you another high quality, original and authentic artisan product - Vin’Tucci.  Founder of Seattle’s La Panzanella Bakery and creator of award winning Croccantini crackers, Ciro returned to his Italian roots to create a healthy, natural, flavorful line of cookies.  

Ciro gives a nod to his new home, Paso Robles, by incorporating local wine into each recipe and using all natural and, where possible, locally grown ingredients.  Rather than taking the easy but sinful butter+sugar+flavor route, Ciro elected to focus on a healthy treat that is both satisfying and flavorful without the guilt. 

They have no butter, oil, or eggs and use only the most basic, earth-connected ingredients which means that Vin’Tucci have a long shelf life (although few people manage to get them home!)

Vin’Tucci are “ur-cookies” primitive, original, with roots in an earlier time.
